We cordially invite you to our 4 apartments in sunny Spain in the tourist town of Torrevieja – this is the Costa Blanca tourist region. Here the temperatures are always positive and the sun shines 360 days a year. In autumn (October, November) the air temperature is always over 20 degrees, the sea water is still warm and you can swim and sunbathe. In recent years, the Christmas and New Year period has also seen temperatures above 20 degrees Celsius.

Alicante airport is approximately 35 km away.

The apartments are located in a quiet district to the south in Torrevieja, about a 10-minute walk from the main promenade, right next to the sandy beach of Los Naufragos (no stones in the water and very gentle access to the sea). Los Naufragos beach is the only one in Torrevieja that has beautiful tall palm trees on the beach, 2 bars and a playground for children. a volleyball court and, in the summer, water equipment rental and inflatable skipping ropes on the water. The distance to the beach from the apartments is less than 100 m.

All our apartments are located in the same fenced and closed complex, in one building with a year-round swimming pool, which is not available everywhere and is a great advantage, because most swimming pools in Torrevieja and the surrounding area close in September and open at the end of June, and bathing in You can easily swim in the swimming pools already in May and until the end of November 🙂 The apartments have the required Spanish tourist licenses and are rented legally in accordance with its rules.

Deluxe apartment 1V with 1 bedroom (max 4 people) in the bedroom a large double bed and in the living room there is a large sofa bed 180 cm !!!  The view from the apartment is on the back of the building, palm trees, houses, park, the apartment is very quiet. The apartment has an surface of 45 m2. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV, Internet 600mb, ceiling fan in the bedroom, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen.

2-room (max. 6 persons) with side views of the pool and the sea, located on the beach, 100 m from the sea. Bedroom 1 with double bed, Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, living room with sofa bed, dining table. Terrace of 10 m2 with chairs overlooking the sea and pool. The area of the apartment is 65 m2. Air conditioning, Smart TV, Internet 600 Mb, kitchen, washing machine.

Torrevieja urbanization MarAzul calle Magellanes 9

It is an apartment on the 3rd floor in a block with an elevator, 100 m from the sea, with 2 bedrooms. The double bedroom has a large double bed and a small bedroom for children with a bunk bed. The apartment has air conditioning, a large terrace with a south orientation (there is sun all the time which is a revelation in winter) and ceiling fans. The apartment is rented for short-term and long-term periods. It has a tourist license.

The apartments are less than 100 m from the beach, in the first line (not 5 min, not 10 min easy walk as others write), you do not walk burdened with beach chairs, umbrella, fridge with children in the summer heat to the beach in the centre for 15 minutes, where in high season usually hard to find a place. Los Naufragos beach is very large and wide, there is always a free place. There are 2 bars with snacks and drinks (from May to the end of September). From the terrace of apartment 1J you can see your family on the beach and they can see you from the beach on the terrace.

Every apartment includes: beach equipment, WiFi, Smart TV, air conditioning and… always a cold beer in the fridge or Spanish wine to greet you 🙂
